| I-25 Corridor |

The I-25 highway corridor is a 10 + mile long area that stretches along the eastern side of the city. This area is largely undeveloped and has extensive retail and employment development potential at three interchanges. |
| North College Corridor |

The North College Corridor is a scenic byway for travelers on their way to recreation and tourism in the Poudre Canyon, northern Colorado, and southern Wyoming. This area has been a focus of City support for redevelopment and infrastructure investment. Land prices are relatively low and the area abuts the historic downtown and Poudre River. |
| South College Corridor |

The South College Corridor is Fort Collins’ “Main Street” containing retailers of all sizes and types. The middle 3+ mile stretch of the corridor has developed chronologically north to south from the 1960s through the 1990s and now is the focus of a Bus Rapid Transit system. |
